What Hot Shot Trucking Actually Requires in a Trailer

Many hot shot operators use a one-ton dually and a gooseneck trailer, but the legal requirements depend on the truck’s ratings, the trailer’s ratings, the actual operating weight, whether the operation is interstate or intrastate, and whether the freight is being hauled for compensation.
