Pricing and availability are always good and do to the large inventory they have in stock there is generally something to fit your need without the wait of having to order...but if you need a special or custom build they have you covered as well and will work with you start to finish in getting you what you want and will do their very best to get it in a timely manner. This purchase for us was a new 2018 Diamond C 12CHS 20' tilt car trailer with gray PPG paint and some custom touches and also a 12k Smitty Bilt winch they installed being that they don't just sale trailers but also service and have parts for what they are selling as well. Simply excellent experience. From the call to hold a trailer until we arrived 2 hours later, we were welcomed by Brian, a very friendly salesman. He knew what we were looking for and went out of his way to make the entire buying experience perfect. He also helped us pick out trailer brakes, explained how they worked and even drew a diagram of how to wire the connector.
The trailer is well made, a Dark Horse 5x10 enclosed with extra height, exactly what I was looking for. Brian helped me get it hooked up and we were off. Every shopping experience should be this easy!

Trailer Broke down 900 Miles from Home. Spencer Trailer happened to be 45 miles away. They said bring it by and we will try to squeeze you in. Long Story short, they Fixed a very unique suspension problem I had and got me back on the road to home. Hands down what a great experience, Gary did exactly what he said he was going to do (even went a little above). As i was leaving that saturday i inquired about a second trailer smaller, he gave me the price then said i have a nice used one out there if your interested. After about 5 minutes we came to a price on the used trailer that fits my needs better. Went to buy one trailer ended up leaving with 2.. Great group of people. After trying to find a Diamond C Dump trailer for a month and traveling different dealerships only to be told someone just bought it, I finally came across Spencer Trailer.... I called that Mourning and was treated very fair on pricing and trailer was exactly as advertised when I arrived. It was a 6.5 hr drive one way but defiantly worth it. Trailers have gone up in price but they have kept pricing realistic given the demand and didn't try to screw me over like 3 other places... Much Appreciated....
We just purchased a legend trailer from them and they were more than professional. We had issues with the custom build, nothing that was their fault. But they kept us informed. When the company didn’t install some of the options they promptly did the work themselves and it looks as if it was done at the factory. They also had the absolute best price of any legend dealer I have contacted. And I had contacted 4 of them that were close to where I live. She’s a beauty!!
I purchased a very nice trailer today from Spencer Trailers Inc. located in Spencer, Indiana. Gary was very informative and made the sale smooth as silk. He even spent 20+ minutes trying to help me figure out why my turn signal wasn't working on the trailer, only to find out it was an issue with my vehicle that was easily fixed. Traveled to Spencer Indiana from Mt. Washington Ky. for a Diamond C dump trailer. Kyla assisted me through the entire process all the way to relocating the tongue to match up with my hitch. She was super helpful and very knowledgeable on their trailers. Wasn't really looking forward to the almost 3hr drive but I would do it again in a heartbeat if I'm ever in the market for another trailer. Top notch experience!
